Outages; Coordination. The Construction Parties acknowledge and agree that certain outages of transmission facilities owned by the Interconnected Transmission Owner, as more specifically detailed in the Scope of Work, may be necessary in order to complete the process of constructing and installing all Interconnection Facilities. The Construction Parties further acknowledge and agree that any such outages shall be coordinated by and through the Transmission Provider.

Outages; Coordination. The Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner acknowledge and agree that certain outages of transmission facilities owned by the Transmission Owner, as more specifically detailed in the Scope of Work, may be necessary in order to complete the process of constructing and installing the Direct Assignment Facilities and/or Customer-Funded Upgrades identified in Appendix I to this Upgrade CSA. The Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner further acknowledge and agree that any such outages shall be coordinated by and through Transmission Provider.
