Contract Unit The Contract Unit of a Margin FX Contract will be the quantity of the Underlying Instrument in counter currency as specified in the Product Schedule available on the Trading Platform and updated from time to time.
Work Unit A work unit shall mean all those employees within a given title and department who have a common place of reporting except that employees within a single title performing distinctly different job duties shall not be grouped together. EXAMPLE: Different groups of Service Technicians having the same place of reporting but who work in different departments, or who are divided into installation and repair forces at a particular place of reporting, will be considered as separate work units in the application of this procedure.
LAYOUT OF WORK The Contractor shall lay out its Work from base lines and benchmarks indicated on the Drawings, and shall be responsible for verification of all measurements in connection with the layout. The Contractor shall furnish all stakes, templates, platforms, equipment, tools, materials, and labor required to lay out any part of the Work. The Contractor shall also be responsible for maintaining and preserving all stakes and other marks established by Princeton University until authorized to remove them. If such marks are destroyed by the Contractor or through its negligence before their removal is authorized, Princeton University may replace them and deduct the expense of the replacement from any amounts due or to become due to the Contractor. Remote Terminal Unit Prior to the Initial Synchronization Date of the Large Generating Facility, a Remote Terminal Unit, or equivalent data collection and transfer equipment acceptable to the Parties, shall be installed by Developer, or by Connecting Transmission Owner at Developer’s expense, to gather accumulated and instantaneous data to be telemetered to the location(s) designated by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO through use of a dedicated point-to-point data circuit(s) as indicated in Article 8.1. The communication protocol for the data circuit(s) shall be specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Instantaneous bi-directional analog real power and reactive power flow information must be telemetered directly to the location(s) specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Each Party will promptly advise the appropriate other Party if it detects or otherwise learns of any metering, telemetry or communications equipment errors or malfunctions that require the attention and/or correction by that other Party. The Party owning such equipment shall correct such error or malfunction as soon as reasonably feasible.

Out of Scope Services Axon is only responsible to perform the professional services described in the Quote and this Appendix. Any additional professional services are out of scope. The Parties must document scope changes in a written and signed change order. Changes may require an equitable adjustment in the charges or schedule.
Work of the Unit Employees not covered by the terms of this Agreement will not perform duties normally assigned to those employees who are covered by this Agreement, except for the purposes of instruction, experimentation, or in emergencies when regular employees are not readily available.
Out of Scope The Services always exclude (i) the provision of any software or services that are not specified by Siemens in the Specification Documents, even if they interoperate with the Services; (ii) the transmission of data or software to and from the exit of the wide area network of the data centers used by us to provide the respective Service; and (iii) any hardware intended for the connection of devices, systems, or other equipment to the Platform other than explicitly specified in the Specification Documents. You are responsible for securing and maintaining an internet connection and suitable connectivity to the Services at your own expense.
Layoff Unit The layoff unit may be at an organizational level of the University, such as a campus, division, college/unit, school, department/unit, area, program, or other level of organization as the University deems appropriate.
Out of Network Covered for Medical Base Plan with $600 deductible and 70% coinsurance up to the annual out-of-pocket maximum. Pre-arranged services while outside the area are covered as if in-network.
