Common use of Out of Scope Services Clause in Contracts

Out of Scope Services. If PPD is requested or required to perform services for a Project not specifically set forth in the Project Addendum (“Out of Scope Services”), such Out of Scope Services and a compensation schedule therefore (the “Out of Scope Amendment”) shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties. The Out of Scope Amendment shall be deemed an amendment to the Project Addendum. PPD shall not provide any Out of Scope Services without the authorization of Sponsor (e-mail is sufficient). Sponsor has no obligation to pay for Out of Scope Services that have not been authorized by Sponsor (e-mail is sufficient). The terms and conditions of this Section 2.2 shall be subject to Section 7.2.6.
