OUT CONDITION. 1. Students are responsible for leaving their room and common areas clean and in good repair, including the windows, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, and furniture. If the Student fails to clean the room or if any furniture or appliances have been damaged, the Student will be liable for reasonable charges for cleaning, repair, or replacement.

OUT CONDITION. Lessee is responsible for leaving premises and appliances cleaned and in move-in condition, less normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: having carpets professionally cleaned, thoroughly cleaning the inside of all appliances, removing all wall coverings, pictures and nails and spackling all holes in the wall, replacing/repairing any floor tiles damaged by Lessee, and removing all personal property, debris and waste from the Premises to be hauled away or disposed of in Building waste containers. Any cleaning, debris removal and maintenance costs incurred by the Lessor after Xxxxxx's move-out shall be charged to Lessee as an additional rent payment at either $35.00 per man-hour for Building employees, or at the cost of contractors employed by Lessor, plus the cost of materials for repair, and may be deducted from Lessee's security deposit, if any. Lessee may arrange for a move-out inspection with Lessor.
OUT CONDITION. 1. When Students leave, whether at or prior to the closing of the residence halls for the designated academic year, their room, including the windows, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, and furniture in the common areas, must be clean and in good repair and condition. If the Student fails to clean the room or if any furniture or appliances have been damaged, then the Student will be liable for reasonable charges to complete such cleaning, repair, or replacement. If the Student leaves any property in the room after he/she leaves or after the closing of the residence halls for the designated academic year, that property is deemed to be abandoned by the Student and the Office of Residence Life can take such action as desired, including charging the Student for the costs incurred to keep that property, selling, or disposing of such property. Upon move out, the damages in common areas will be divided evenly among roommates unless a student takes responsibility in writing.

  • Test conditions 6.1.1. The test shall be performed on a flat, dry concrete or asphalt surface affording good adhesion.

  • Room Condition The university agrees to provide and the resident agrees to maintain the assigned room and all public areas in and around the immediate building(s) accessible to the resident in a clean, safe and sanitary condition. Upon termination of this agreement, the student should leave the assigned room, its furnishings, and its equipment in as good an order and condition as the same were upon commencement of the student’s occupancy, ordinary wear and tear excepted. University staff will complete an inventory of furnishings and an assessment of damages; charges will be assessed to the responsible individual(s). Personal property left in a room following the termination of occupancy will be deemed abandoned. Students will be charged for the removal of such property.

  • Contract Conditions This section contains conditions which shall be complied with during the performance of this contract. The conditions come in two parts, general conditions and special contract requirements.

  • PAYMENT CONDITIONS The price of the whole accommodation service booked is always payable by the Guest in advance, at the latest upon arrival in the hotel. Set-off by the Guest is excluded unless the set- off relates to an undisputed or legally confirmed claim.
