Our Service. The Service may allow you to access a variety of features through the Website or Mobile App from time to time, and subject to your eligibility to use such features.
Our Service. We are an insurance intermediary and use our knowledge and expertise to help you find appropriate insurance for your specific needs. We act as an intermediary between you and the insurer. While we can arrange cover for you and provide reasonable guidance with any insurance queries you may have, including with claims, it is not MIAB Ltd who provides cover or handles your claim. At no point do we negotiate settlement of your claim with your insurers. This is the insurer’s responsibility. We act on your behalf when advising on, sourcing and administering your policy. However, we act as agent of the insurer in binding the insurer to the policy, collecting premiums and handling refunds (see “Money” section). We have in place management controls to deal with any conflicts of interest that might arise. We will ask questions to enable us to assess reasonably your insurance requirements, this may include checking information that we already hold about you and your existing insurance arrangements with us and other parties. These will be considered your demands and needs. We will provide you with advice and guidance, after assessing your needs and recommend a suitable policy based on our experience of dealing with similar risks. We also offer Dental Nurse Indemnity insurance on a non-advised basis via our website. This means we will only be offering you information for you to make a decision to purchase your policy and will not be making a personal recommendation. If you require assistance or advice, please discuss it with us.
Our Service. The Service may allow you to access a variety of features through the Website or Mobile App from time to time, and subject to your eligibility to use such features. We will, in our sole discretion, pick the platforms on which the Mobile App will work. We assume no obligation to offer support services for, or upgrades to, the Mobile App.
Our Service. Once you have received and activated your Personalized Card (as defined below) with your name on it (not the Temporary Card (as defined below) that came with your package, if applicable), and if we, in our sole discretion, make the Mobile Deposit Service (the “Service”) available to you, you can use the Service to capture images of Eligible Checks (as defined below) and then transmit those images and other data to us electronically for deposit to your account. The check image and associated information transmitted electronically to us or our processor (our “Processor”) are called collectively the “Check Image.” We may process and collect the Check Images you send us in any manner we choose in our sole discretion. The paper instrument to which the Check Image relates is called the “Original Check.”
Our Service. The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. We offer both initial and ongoing services. Any products we have arranged for you will only be kept under review as part of an agreed ongoing service for which you agree to pay. Our ongoing services are optional, however where you agree to purchase an ongoing service, unless otherwise agreed, the ongoing service will be provided as a follow up to the initial service. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider. In some circumstances we may provide you with a non-advised service where you will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. Where this is the case we will provide details of our non- advised services and charges separately.

Our Service. 1.1. We are committed to providing you with quality advice, service and insurance products. As an intermediary and your agent we owe various duties to you and will advise you as necessary if circumstances occur that may create a possible conflict of interest.
Our Service. As an independent insurance intermediary, we generally act as the agent of our client, which means we would act on your behalf. We are subject to the law of agency, which imposes various duties on us. However, in certain circumstances we may act for and owe duties of care to other parties, including the insurer. We will advise you when these circumstances occur, so you will be aware of any conflicts of interest (situations which may affect our role as your agent). We offer a wide range of insurance products and services which may include: • Offering you a single or range of products from which to choose a product that suits your insurance needs; • Advising you on your insurance needs; • Arranging suitable insurance cover with insurers to meet your requirements; • Helping you with any later changes to your insurance you have to make; • Providing all reasonable help with any claim you have to make. We have access to many leading insurance companies and will advise you where we have provided advice based on a personal recommendation, which means the product is suitable for the person to whom it is made or is based on the circumstances of that person. We will also advise you when we offer you a policy on the basis of a fair and personal analysis, which means we have looked at a sufficiently large number of insurance contacts on the market to enable us to make a personal recommendation. Where we have provided advice based on a personal recommendation but not on the basis of a fair and personal analysis, we will advise you: • If we are under a contractual obligation to conduct insurance distribution exclusively with one or more insurers (which means we are tied to use these insurers), and will provide you with a list of those insurers; or • If we are not under a contractual obligation to conduct insurance distribution with one or more insurers and will provide you with a list of insurers with which we may and do place business. Before the insurance contract is concluded and after we have assessed your demands and needs, we will provide you with advice and make a personal recommendation, unless we advise otherwise. This will include sufficient information such as the main features of the product’s cover, any unusual restrictions or exclusions, any significant conditions or obligations and the period of cover to enable you to make an informed decision about the policy, together with a quotation which will itemise any fees that are payable in addition to the premiu...
