Our Equipment. 5.1 To enable you to use the Service, we may loan or Rent equipment to you (“Our Equipment”). Charges for any of Our Equipment that you Rent are invoiced in accordance with Clause 9.
Our Equipment. 13.1 Risk in any equipment provided by any third party or us to you for purchase or hire passes to you upon delivery. You will accept any Equipment on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms and conditions notified at the time of delivery.

Our Equipment. 4.1. In order to use the Service, We may provide to You equipment or cabling which We or our suppliers own or lease (“Our Equipment”).
Our Equipment. 6.1.1 To use the Services, you may need to be physically provided with our equipment on your premises. If so, legal title of such equipment remains solely with us, and you hold such equipment as a bailee only. In the event the provision of such equipment constitutes a PPS lease (under the PPSA), then you agree to do all thing necessary to enable it to be registered and will otherwise comply with all requirements of the PPSA.
Our Equipment. 16.1. In order to fulfil our obligations pursuant to this Agreement, we may from time to time, leave at the installation site tools, test equipment, remote diagnostic equipment, spare parts and various other items and pieces of equipment. You acknowledge that these will remain our property and that you have no right, title or interest to such property.
Our Equipment. The router and any other equipment we supply to you to connect to our services remains our property. You are responsible for maintaining all the equipment we supply to you in good order and in accordance with any instructions that we provide to you. You should also ensure that you are aware of the installation route of the network apparatus across your property and remain responsible for drawing this to the attention of any third-party doing work on, or adjacent to your property. If you report a fault which we trace within your property, we will make an appointment to carry out repairs or replace faulty equipment but if, in the reasonable opinion of the engineer, the fault was caused by damage caused to the equipment or the network apparatus we have provided to you, then a charge may be made. If you or we terminate this contract, then any equipment we supply to you to connect the services must be returned to us in good working order. If you fail to do so, we may charge you for the cost of any such equipment or for any damage caused to the equipment.
