Other variations. In any other case:
Other variations. (a) If, during the term of this Agreement, CBH is of the opinion that this Agreement is no longer consistent with the Code, the CCA or any other applicable legislation, CBH may seek to vary or terminate this Agreement by notice to the Customer effective upon the expiration of a reasonable period of time from the issuance of the notice.

In the event that a Party violated Anti-Corruption Laws prior to the Effective Date of the Joinder and Amendment No. 3 to the PDA, dated April 17, 2020, or violates Anti-Corruption Laws and such violation is not in connection with this Agreement, then the non-violating Party shall have the remedies set forth in Section 15(d)(iv).
Other variations. (a) VitalCall may amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement by giving the Customer at least 30 days’ prior notice in writing, setting out the changes to this Agreement. Subject to clause 7.2(b) below, the new terms and conditions will become effective and binding as between the Customer and VitalCall upon expiry of the 30-day notice period.
Other variations. Except as set out in this clause, this Contract may only be varied by a legally binding agreement signed by or on behalf of each party.
Other variations. PDSNCs are ‘very informal and is considered incorrect by some people’ (OALD). However, they are ‘very well established, and can certainly be regarded as acceptable in informal style’ (Xxxxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx 2002:353). They are in constrast with the less informal variants which are often found in dictionaries.

Other variations. Any Variations must be agreed in writing by the Site representative or other representative of the Contractor and the Customer. Unless specifically provided for, a Variation may include, but is not limited to the following: Crushed rock backfill; Soil removal; Repair of damage to Works (other than damage caused by the Contractor); Reinstatement works to the Site or to a property which neighbours the Site. and the adjustment of works and the reinstatement of any underground services encountered during the works, should the “Dial Before You Dig” report prove to be inaccurate, all additional costs will be incurred by the customer.
