Common use of Other Utilities Clause in Contracts

Other Utilities. Developer shall be responsible for and use its best efforts to cause electrical power, telephone, cable, and natural gas facilities to be installed, at Developer’s expense, in such manner as to make proper and adequate service available to each occupied building in the Development. All such services other than natural gas shall be located underground and not in public street yards (i.e., no above ground utility boxes may be placed along Port Washington Road). All underground private utilities for the Development shall be installed prior to issuance of building occupancy.
