Common use of Other Uses Clause in Contracts

Other Uses. Parties acknowledge and understand that this Agreement and all rights of Operator are subject and subordinate to all existing agreements, easements, rights of way, declarations, restrictions, or other matters of record with respect to the Site. INDOT and the State reserve the right to grant additional access, easements, broadband corridor access agreements, or rights of way, whether recorded or unrecorded, as may be necessary, which do not interfere with the Improvements.
