Common use of Other Uses Clause in Contracts

Other Uses. for a period of six (6) months following the Distribution Date, in connection with continuing the use of any other SpinCo Assets, not addressed in the foregoing clause (a), that contain, bear, display or use any Licensed Trademark as of the date hereof, including billboards, vehicle and equipment markings, stationery, purchase orders, forms, business cards, invoices, contracts or on letterhead and other media; provided, further, that, in each case of the foregoing clauses (a) – (b) of this Section 2.01, all such uses shall be in a manner consistent with the operation of the SpinCo Business immediately prior to the Distribution Date. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the foregoing licenses do not include the right to use the Licensed Trademarks as part of Domain Names without the prior written consent of Licensor.
