Other Units. At the Buyer’s option, the Seller shall, at its expense, either (a) make any repairs performed on one or more Nominated Units to all of the Units, or (b) make any repairs performed on one or more Nominated Units to the Units designated by the Buyer.
Other Units. In addition to the Series A Preferred Units, the Class A Common Units, the Class B Common Units, the initial Series of Class C Common Units, and the Class D Common Units, the Company hereby authorizes the issuance of other Units. With respect to such Units, the Board is authorized to provide for the issuance of such Units in any class or series by adopting a Class C Common Unit Designation or a New Unit Designation or by amending this Agreement to reflect such issuance and to establish the number of Units to be included in each such series (which may be unlimited), and to fix the relative rights, obligations, preferences and limitations of the Units of each such Class or Series.
Other Units. In addition to the Common Units, Class P Units and Profits Units, the Board (subject to Section 9.01(c)(ii) and, as applicable, Section 6.06), is authorized to amend this Agreement to provide for the issuance of New Units in any class or series by adopting a New Unit Designation or by amending this Agreement to reflect such issuance and to establish the number of New Units to be included in each such series (which may be unlimited), and to fix the relative rights, obligations, preferences and limitations of the New Units of each such series; provided, that this Agreement is amended in accordance with Section 14.14 to reflect the rights, obligations, preferences and limitations of such New Units. The Company shall not issue any Membership Interests or other Securities in the Company, except as expressly provided herein.
Other Units. If the Union becomes certified as the exclusive collective bargaining representative for any employees or bargaining unit not currently covered by this Agreement, this Agreement shall extend automatically to all employees covered by that certification on the sixtieth (60th) day following the certification of such unit. However, the dues withholding provisions of the Agreement shall be applicable upon certification of the Union.
Other Units. 289. New hires may be assigned to day shift for up to first six (6) months, then subject to contract shift sign-up procedures. Applicable to the following shops: Radio shop, Farebox, Metro Heavy Overhaul, Electric Motor Shop, Metro Field Maintenance Support, Cameron Beach Car House Light Rail Vehicle Maintenance, P.C.C. Historical Fleet, Metro Light Rail Vehicle Maintenance, Potrero Trolley Maintenance, Presidio Trolley Maintenance and the Electronic Shop.
Other Units. In addition to LP Units, the Partnership is hereby authorized to issue other types, classes and series of Units. With respect to such other types, classes and series of Units, subject to the provisions of Section 5.3, the Board is authorized to provide for the issuance of such Units in any type, class or series by amending this Agreement to reflect such issuance and to establish the Units to be included in each such type, class or series, and to fix the relative rights, obligations, preferences and limitations of the Units of each such type, class or series.
Other Units. Borrower has not and shall not permit the issuance of any units of membership interests or stock, as applicable, or other securities in addition to or in substitution for the Equity Interests.
Other Units. Pledgor has not and shall not permit the issuance of any units of membership interest, stock or partnership interest in Borrower, as applicable, or other securities in addition to or in substitution for the Equity Interests.
Other Units. Other Units" shall mean plants, equipment and facilities for processing Used Oil in which Interline Technology is utilized in the construction and/or operation thereof. "Other Units" do not include the Initial Unit. (c)
Other Units. The practice of not pulling RNs outside of the following units shall continue.
