Other Transportation Costs. All in-state and/or out-of-state travel must be approved in advance by the Sheriff or designee. The cost of in-state transportation and/or out-of-state transportation for air, train, or bus travel shall be reimbursed on an actual cost basis. No transportation costs will be reimbursed unless the employee has received prior approval of his or her supervisor. Receipts shall be submitted with claims for reimbursements for air, train or bus travel, and reimbursement for private automobile transportation. Travel arrangements will be made by the county and paid directly. In the event employees must pay their own travel expenses, reimbursement is on an actual cost basis. Where employees elect to drive private automobiles in lieu of plane or train transportation, reimbursement will not exceed the best available daytime airfare on the day air travel would normally be booked.

Other Transportation Costs. When a Technician and Related employee is required by the Company to travel in accordance with Article 7.A.1. above, he shall be reimbursed for the actual and reasonable cost of any other transportation required to accomplish his assignment, such as necessary taxis or shuttles, upon the Company's receipt of adequate documentation in accordance with the Corporate Travel Expense Reimbursement Policy, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Transportation Expenses (a) When an employee is required to report for work and reports under the conditions described in paragraphs 28.05(c), and 28.06(a), and is required to use transportation services other than normal public transportation services, the employee shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred as follows:
