Other Transaction Documents. Each representation and warranty made by the Master Servicer under each other Transaction Document to which it is a party is true and correct in all material respects as of the date when made. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any other Transaction Document, the representations and warranties contained in this Section shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect until the Final Payout Date.
