Please refer to the terms and condition of those services for additional information. YOU AGREE THAT BELLCO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY SERVICES BEING PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES OUTSIDE OF THIS WEBSITE, AND YOU WILL LOOK SOLELY TO THOSE THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS WITH REGARDS TO ANY ISSUES YOU MAY HAVE WITH THOSE SERVICES.

Other Third Party Services. If and when Company wishes to use the services of a third party to design or fabricate consolidation equipment (such as winders and choppers), furnaces or melters, in connection with which the third party requires access to Seller Licensed Know how to perform the services, Company shall give Seller notice of its desire to engage the services of such third party. Upon execution of a confidentiality agreement between Seller and the third party having terms and conditions reasonably acceptable to Seller for the protection of the Seller Licensed Know how (substantially in the form of the Confidentiality Agreement included as Exhibit A to this Patent and Know How License Agreement), and which shall not be unreasonably delayed, Company may disclose such required Seller Licensed Know how to such third party. This Section 6.6 is a limited exception to Company's confidentiality obligation set forth in Section 6.1 hereof.
Other Third Party Services. Contractor is providing Services to Company under this Master Contract on a non-exclusive basis. Company shall have the right to enter into contracts or other arrangements with its Affiliates or third parties for services equivalent to those offered by Contractor hereunder as may be necessary or convenient, and Company is not restricted by this Master Contract from contracting for the same from other providers.
Other Third Party Services. To the extent that Service Provider requires other third party services (the costs of which are not reflected on or included in the charges set forth on Annex A) in order to perform one or more of the functions described in Annex A, Service Provider shall receive prior written consent (to be provided in sufficient time for Service Provider to procure such Services) from Service Receiver prior to obtaining those third party services, it being understood that if Service Receiver shall withhold such consent, Service Provider’s obligation to provide such Services shall terminate. If Service Receiver provides its written consent in connection with obtaining such third party services, Service Receiver shall bear the costs of any such third party services on a pass through basis.
Other Third Party Services. If Licensee enables, accesses or uses third-party products, applications, services, software, networks or other systems, and/or information which the Software links to (collectively, “Other Services”), including integrating such Other Services directly to Licensee’s instance of the Software, Licensee’s access and use of such Other Services is governed solely by the terms and conditions of the providers of such Other Services, and ShardSecure does not endorse, is not responsible or liable for, and makes no representations as to any aspect of such Other Services, including, without limitation, their content or the manner in which they handle data or any interaction between Licensee and the provider of such Other Services, or any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with Licensee’s enablement, access or use of any such Other Services.

  • Third Party Services Any services required for or contemplated by the performance of the above-referenced services by the Administrator to be provided by unaffiliated third parties (including independent auditors’ fees and counsel fees) may, if provided for or otherwise contemplated by the Financing Order and if the Issuer deems it necessary or desirable, be arranged by the Issuer or by the Administrator at the direction (which may be general or specific) of the Issuer. Costs and expenses associated with the contracting for such third-party professional services may be paid directly by the Issuer or paid by the Administrator and reimbursed by the Issuer in accordance with Section 2, or otherwise as the Administrator and the Issuer may mutually arrange.

  • Third Party Service Providers Unless otherwise prohibited by Apple in the Documentation or this Agreement, You are permitted to employ or retain a third party (“Service Provider”) to assist You in using the Apple Software and Services provided pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, engaging any such Service Provider to maintain and administer Your Applications’ servers on Your behalf, provided that any such Service Provider’s use of the Apple Software and Services or any materials associated therewith is done solely on Your behalf and only in accordance with these terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You may not use a Service Provider to submit an Application to the App Store or use TestFlight on Your behalf. You agree to have a binding written agreement with Your Service Provider with terms at least as restrictive and protective of Apple as those set forth herein. Any actions undertaken by any such Service Provider in relation to Your Applications or use of the Apple Software or Apple Services and/or arising out of this Agreement shall be deemed to have been taken by You, and You (in addition to the Service Provider) shall be responsible to Apple for all such actions (or any inactions). In the event of any actions or inactions by the Service Provider that would constitute a violation of this Agreement or otherwise cause any harm, Apple reserves the right to require You to cease using such Service Provider.

  • Third Party Servicer The Assuming Institution may perform any of its obligations and/or exercise any of its rights under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement through or by one or more Third Party Servicers, who may take actions and make expenditures as if any such Third Party Servicer was the Assuming Institution hereunder (and, for the avoidance of doubt, such expenses incurred by any such Third Party Servicer on behalf of the Assuming Institution shall be included in calculating Losses to the extent such expenses would be included in such calculation if the expenses were incurred by Assuming Institution); provided, however, that the use thereof by the Assuming Institution shall not release the Assuming Institution of any obligation or liability hereunder.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Security Services CONTRACTOR shall provide security services designed for preventing escapes, maintaining order, providing care, custody, control, supervision and management of the inmate population. A successful security program depends heavily on staff training, effective administration, and the establishment of inmate programs. The organization, staffing, and administration of the security program are vital to the Facility. The direction provided by a well-organized and clearly articulated operations manual, and emergency planning provides a solid base for successful administration. The final operations manual shall be submitted to the Bureau prior to the Service Commencement Date and shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed. Documentation of the review shall be provided annually to the On- Site Contract Monitor. Changes to the plan require written permission by the Contract Manager. The Department reserves the right to require changes to plans submitted to the Bureau.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.
