Common use of Other Terminations Clause in Contracts

Other Terminations. If Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated (a) by Executive without Good Reason; (b) by the Company for Cause; or (c) due to Executive’s death or Executive’s Disability, Executive and/or Executive’s estate or beneficiaries shall be entitled to the Accrued Obligations.

Other Terminations. If Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated (a) by Executive without Good Reason; (b) at any time by the Company for Cause; other than without Cause or (c) due to Executive’s death or Executive’s DisabilityDisability (including a non-renewal of this Agreement) or by Executive without Good Reason, the Company shall not have any other or further obligations to Executive and/or Executive’s estate or beneficiaries under this Agreement (including any financial obligations) except that Executive shall be entitled to receive the Accrued ObligationsObligations and any continuation of benefits required by COBRA or applicable law (for which Executive shall be solely responsible).

Other Terminations. If Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated (a) by Executive without Good Reason; (b) by the Company for Cause; (c) due to non-renewal of the Term by Executive; or (cd) due to Executive’s death or Executive’s Disability, the Term shall expire as of the Termination Date and Executive and/or Executive’s estate or beneficiaries shall be entitled to the Accrued Obligations.

Other Terminations. If Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated (a) by Executive without Good Reason; , (b) by the Company for Cause; (c) upon the expiration of the Term; or (cd) due to Executive’s death or Executive’s Disability, the Term shall expire as of the Termination Date and Executive and/or Executive’s estate or beneficiaries shall be entitled to the Accrued Obligations.

Other Terminations. If Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated for any reason not described in Sections 4(b)(i) or 4(b)(ii) (a) by Executive without Good Reason; (b) i.e., a termination by the Company for Cause; or (c) , a termination due to Executive’s death or by the Company due to Executive’s Disability, a termination by Executive and/or other than for Good Reason, or a termination by Executive for Good Reason at any time other than during the Change in Control Period), Executive (or, in the case of Executive’s estate or beneficiaries shall death, Executive’s estate) will only be entitled to the Accrued Obligations.

If Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated for any reason not described in Sections 2(b) or (ac) or (d) above including, without limitation, due to a termination of Executive’s employment by the Company for Cause or by Executive without Good Reason; (b) by , the Company for Cause; or (c) due to Executive’s death or Executive’s Disability, will pay Executive and/or Executive’s estate or beneficiaries shall be entitled to only the Accrued Obligations.

If Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated for any reason not described in Sections 2(b), (ac), (d) or (e) above including, without limitation, due to a termination of Executive’s employment by the Company for Cause or a resignation by Executive without Good Reason; (b) by Reason or that is not a Qualified Resignation, the Company for Cause; or (c) due to Executive’s death or Executive’s Disability, will pay Executive and/or Executive’s estate or beneficiaries shall be entitled to only the Accrued Obligations.

Other Terminations. If Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated with the Company ceases for any reason other than as described in Section 5.1, above (including but not limited to termination (a) by Executive without Good Reason; (b) by the Company for Cause; or , (b) as a result of Executive’s death, (c) due to as a result of Executive’s death disability or Executive’s Disability, Executive and/or Executive’s estate or beneficiaries shall be entitled to the Accrued Obligations.(d)
