Other Taxes and Fees. At Closing, or when otherwise due, as provided in Section 10.9, the respective purchaser shall pay to the respective seller, or to the appropriate governmental authority, any and all applicable sales, use, excise, transfer, documentary, and recording fees and taxes, and all other fees and taxes arising from the Acquisition (other than the respective sellers’ income taxes) that any party hereto may be required to pay by any applicable law, rule or regulation.

Other Taxes and Fees. In addition to the rental provided -------------------- hereunder, Tenant agrees to pay all license fees and all taxes and assessments and increases in taxes and assessments levied and assessed by any government body by virtue of (a) any special improvements or assessments, (b) Tenant using and conducting its business or operation on the Premises, (c) the employment of agents, employees or other third parties, or (d) the bringing onto, or keeping of personal property or chattels of whatsoever nature on the Premises. The foregoing is intended to bind Tenant to pay, and to promptly discharge, all taxes, assessments and/or levies, together with related interest and penalties, whether assessed by federal or state authority or any political subdivision thereof, directly or indirectly related to its business, improvements, functioning, employment, assets, existence, sales, entertainment or the like. Tenant specifically agrees to reimburse Landlord for any increase in ad valorem taxes resulting from use of fixtures or improvements by Tenant which Landlord becomes obligated to pay.
Other Taxes and Fees. Lessor shall collect and separately state on -------------------- invoices to Lessee amounts of sales or use taxes levied on the rent charged from Lessor to Lessee to the extent such collection is required under applicable federal, state, county, city, or other laws or regulations. In addition to rent, Lessee shall pay to Lessor separately stated amounts for collection of sales or use taxes with amounts charged for the rent of Leased Property. Lessee shall pay all governmental charges resulting from the ownership of the equipment such as fees for tiding or registration of equipment. In addition, Lessee shall be responsible for all ad valorem taxes payable with respect to the Leased Property. Lessor shall pay all federal, foreign, state, city, county or other taxes arising from net income derived from the lease.
Other Taxes and Fees. If the option to purchase provided for in ----------------------- Section 5.1 is exercised, proration of ad valorem taxes, water taxes, hazardous waste taxes, utility and fuel charges, permit and inspection fees, and any other taxes levied on or with respect to the Pipeline and Transfer Terminal Assets (other than taxes covered in Section 9.1 above) shall be made as of the Closing Date specified in Section 7, with all such items attributable to the period prior the Closing Date to be for the sole account of CPSC, and all such items attributable to the period on or after the Closing Date to be for the sole account of POC.
Other Taxes and Fees. Other than required payroll withholding taxes (including unemployment insurance contributions) covered by this Agreement, Client is responsible for paying and reporting all applicable taxes and governmental fees (including environmental fees required by the California Health and Safety Code). Additionally, any tax imposed by any local or state taxing authority based upon Client’s relationship with BBSI, such as a sales or use tax, or gross receipts tax, shall be the sole responsibility of Client.

Other Taxes and Fees. Tenant shall pay, before delinquency, as a result of Tenant’s occupancy or use of the Property pursuant to this Lease, according to the method hereinabove described, any and all taxes, fees, or assessments that may be levied and not known at this time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant shall not be obligated to pay any such taxes, fees or assessments for which Tenant is exempt to the extent of such exemption, provided Landlord is not otherwise required to make payment to any Government Authorities for such amount.
Other Taxes and Fees. In the event the State of Oklahoma or any local municipality, or any other taxing jurisdiction begins to change or assess a sales/use tax on rent collections, or any type of utility related fee, the Tenant understands these costs will be passed through to the Tenant and will be collected monthly from the Tenant at the same time rent is due with the same late fee consequences. The Landlord will bill these charges to the Tenant for ease of accounting. If paid late, the Tenant will be responsible for all penalties and additional assessments.
