Equipment and Supplies Independent Contractor, at Independent Contractor's sole expense, shall provide all equipment, tools and supplies necessary to perform the Service.
Other Services At the request of the Fund, the Adviser in its discretion may make available to the Fund office facilities, equipment, personnel and other services. Such office facilities, equipment, personnel and services shall be provided for or rendered by the Adviser and billed to the Fund at the Adviser's cost.

Inventory and Supplies Administrator shall order, purchase and provide to the Group on a timely basis inventory and supplies, and such other ordinary, necessary or appropriate materials which are requested by the Group and which the Group shall reasonably determine to be necessary in the operation of the Practice on the same terms commercially available to Administrator. Supplies 1. Supplies are defined as consumable items necessary to carry out the services under this Contract including medical supplies, drugs, janitorial supplies, office supplies, patient educational supplies, software, and any items of tangible personal property other than those defined as equipment above.
