Common use of Other Stockholders Clause in Contracts

Other Stockholders. The registration statement filed pursuant to any such request of any Demanding Investor may, subject to the provisions of Section 2(a)(iv) below, include Registrable Securities of the other Investor, and other securities of the Company which are held by Persons who, by virtue of agreements with the Company, are entitled to include their Registrable Securities in any such Registration ("Other Stockholders").

Other Stockholders. The registration statement filed pursuant to any such request of any Demanding Investor Affiliate may, subject to the provisions of Section 2(a)(iv) below, include Registrable Securities of the other InvestorAffiliate, and other securities of the Company which are held by Persons who, by virtue of agreements with the Company, are entitled to include their Registrable Securities in any such Registration ("Other Stockholders").
