Other Service. Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude Executive from serving on boards of directors of other companies or trade organizations and participating in charitable, community or religious activities that do not substantially interfere with his duties and responsibilities hereunder or conflict with the interest of the Company.

Nothing herein shall in any way be deemed to limit the ability of any Agent or any Lender to serve any such writs, process or summonses in any other manner permitted by Applicable Law or to obtain jurisdiction over the Borrower in such other jurisdictions, and in such manner, as may be permitted by Applicable Law.
