Other Sections. Except as expressly amended by this Amendment, the provisions of the Credit Agreement and the Notes shall remain in full force and effect, and the Borrower acknowledges and reaffirms its liability to the Banks thereunder. In the event of any inconsistency between this Amendment and the terms of the Credit Agreement or the Notes, this Amendment shall govern.
Other Sections. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The undersigned have duly executed this Amendment and, upon signature by the appropriate number or percentage of Member(s), this Amendment shall be made part of the original Agreement.
Other Sections. If the Employer has exhausted all eligible employees within the Employer’s section, the Employer may then hire from other sections in accordance with the sequence of sections set forth in Section 2(j) of this Article. In each section the hiring shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 2(k)(i) of this Article XVI.

Other Sections. Other than as specifically set forth in this Amendment No. 1, the Amended and Restated Agreement (including without limitation, the obligation of each of Xx. Xxxxxxxx, Xx. Xxxxx and Xx. XxXxxxxxx to tender his resignation from the Board in the event the Xxxxxxx Group’s beneficial ownership of the Company’s common stock becomes less than three percent (3%) of the outstanding shares of common stock of the Company contained in Section 7 of the Amended and Restated Agreement) shall continue in full force and effect and shall terminate only in accordance with the terms of the Amended and Restated Agreement.
