Other Rights and Remedies. The indemnification provided for in this Agreement shall not derogate from or exclude any other rights to which the Officer may be entitled under any applicable law, the articles of the Indemnitor or applicable Eligible Entity, this Agreement, any applicable policy of insurance, guarantee or third-party indemnity, any vote of shareholders of the Indemnitor or other Eligible Entity, or otherwise.
