Other Required Reports. All reports required under this contract must be delivered to the Contract Administrator. Contractor may be required to provide a detailed annual contract sales history report that may include but is not limited to products description, per unit quantities sold, contract price, source of in-state feedstock and/or production in an electronic format that can be read by MS Excel. Additional reports may include requests from State Efficiency and Environment Performance (SEEP), which may vary year to year. Other required reports will be designed and requested by the Contract Administrator. Contractor will provide a response within one (1) week and provide the requested data within two (2) weeks.
