Common use of Other Requests Clause in Contracts

Other Requests. If an employee receives a notice to supply information or testify in a civil or criminal court proceeding, as a result of their employment, they must notify their principal/supervisor Human Resources. If the employee must appear at the proceeding, the employee will be entitled to his/her pay and no deductions of any leave provisions will be charged to the employee. If the matter is a result of actions for which the employee has been found to have acted improperly and thus disciplined by Human Resources, the day(s) absent will be deducted from Personal Leave or Short Term Leave referenced in this article.
