Release from Contract An employee under contract shall be released from the obligations of the contract upon request under the following conditions:
Release from Liability Contractor generally releases from liability and waives all claims against any party providing information about the Contractor at the request of System Agency.
Work from Home The following applies when a Producer requires an employee to work remotely from home:
Release of Releasees (1) Upon the Effective Date, subject to Section 6.3, and in consideration of payment of the Settlement Amount and for other valuable consideration set forth in the Settlement Agreement, the Releasors forever and absolutely release and forever discharge the Releasees from the Released Claims that any of them, whether directly, indirectly, derivatively, or in any other capacity, ever had, now have, or hereafter can, shall, or may have.
Release from Escrow of New Securities (1) As soon as reasonably practicable after the Escrow Agent receives:
NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES REGARDING THE SAFELY SURRENDERED BABY LAW The Contractor shall notify and provide to its employees, and shall require each subcontractor to notify and provide to its employees, a fact sheet regarding the Safely Surrendered Baby Law, its implementation in Los Angeles County, and where and how to safely surrender a baby. The fact sheet is set forth in Exhibit E of this Master Agreement and is also available on the Internet at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx for printing purposes.
