Other Providers. I understand that my assumption of risk, release and indemnification of the University apply regardless of whether this activity is operated, sponsored, or hosted in whole or in part by the University of Alaska or a third party.

Other Providers. For Providers who receive MCC Funding under this Compact pursuant to direct contracts or agreements with MCC, MCC shall include appropriate audit requirements in such contracts or agreements and shall, on behalf of the Government, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, conduct the follow-up activities with regard to the audit reports furnished pursuant to such requirements.
Other Providers. Travel time/distance to specialty care, hospitals, mental health, lab and x-ray providers shall not exceed thirty (30) minutes/thirty (30) miles. Transport time and distance in rural areas to specialty care, hospitals, mental health, lab and x-ray providers may be greater than thirty (30) minutes/thirty (30) miles if based on the community standard for accessing care or if by Enrollee choice.
Other Providers. FSSA encourages the Contractor to contract or affiliate with other safety net providers such as community health centers. Additionally, the Contractor is encouraged to develop relationships with school-based health centers (SBHC) with the goal of providing accessible quality preventive and primary health care services to school-aged members.
Other Providers. You authorize Provider to act on Your behalf, as Your agent, in moving Your telephone number and related local and long-distance services from Your current provider to Provider or any of its wholesale service providers. You acknowledge that We may change wholesale providers from time to time and may move Your phone number from one wholesale carrier to another at any time. You acknowledge that Provider will become the customer of record for all phone numbers that We move or “port” to the VOIP service.
Other Providers. Xxxxxx may award other contracts and Vendor agrees to cooperate fully with any other vendors or providers and to coordinate its performance hereunder with those other vendors or providers so that the provision of Goods and/or the performance of Services will be done in proper sequence and in accordance with the overall work schedule and Xxxxxx’x business and other requirements. Vendor shall not commit or permit any act or omission which will interfere with the provision of Goods and/or the performance of Services by any other vendor or provider.
Other Providers. With Xxxxx you have access to other Providers in addition to the ones described in this section. Other Providers include facilities that provide alternative outpatient settings or other persons and entities that specialize in specific Services. While these Providers may be recognized for payment, they may not be In-Network Providers for your plan. Also, all of the Services that are within the scope of certain Providers’ licenses may not be Covered Services under this Contract. Please refer to the WHAT IS COVERED? and WHAT IS NOT COVERED? sections of this Contract and your Schedule of Benefits to find out what your Cost Share may be for Covered Services rendered by these Providers. You may be able to receive certain outpatient Services at a location other than a Hospital. Your Cost Share for Services rendered at some alternative facilities is generally less than if you had received those same Services at a Hospital.

Other Providers. If you use the Hardware or Software to place a 911 call through a VRS provider other than Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx will have no control over the manner in which the other provider will handle, process, or route the call. Xxxxxxxx thus cannot ensure that the other provider will handle the call in accordance with the FCC’s emergency calling rules or that the call and your location will be automatically routed to the appropriate emergency personnel.
