Common use of Other Property Rights Clause in Contracts

Other Property Rights. (a) Seller's interest as landlord in the lease for the tenant of the Real Property on the Closing Date (as defined in Section 6.1) as listed on Exhibit M (herein the "LEASE"); and (b) if and to the extent assignable by Seller without any expense to Seller, (i) all service, supply, maintenance, utility and commission agreements, all equipment leases, and all contracts, subcontracts and agreements relating to the construction of any unfinished tenant improvements and any additional service, supply, maintenance or utility contracts entered into in accordance with the terms of Subsection 9.2.1 hereof (all of the foregoing being herein collectively called the "CONTRACTS"), and (ii) all licenses, permits and other written authorizations necessary for the use, operation or ownership of the Real Property or Personal Property (the rights and interests of Seller described in clauses (a) through (b) hereinabove being herein collectively called the "OTHER PROPERTY RIGHTS").
