National Competitive Bidding or National Shopping All works estimated to cost less than $500,000 equivalent per contract, and all goods estimated to cost less than $200,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the Borrower’s Procurement Regulations.

International or National Shopping Goods, including vehicles, estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $70,000 under Part C of the Project, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures or, in the event such goods are readily available at competitive prices from more than one local suppliers, national shopping procedures, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
Other Procurement Procedures. Goods estimated to cost less than $250,000 equivalent per contract, medical equipment estimated to cost less than $150,000 equivalent per contract and works estimated to cost less than $1,000,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the Recipient’s Procurement Act of 2003.
Other Procurement Procedures. (a) Goods estimated to cost less then $150,000 equivalent per contract, up to the aggregate amount not exceeding $800,000, may be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.3 and 3.4 of the Guidelines.
Other Procurement Procedures. 1. Except as provided in paragraphs 2 and 3 hereof, civil works may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national competitive bidding procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.3 and 3.4 of the Guidelines.
