Other Proceedings. In the event a Dispute is not resolved by the meet and confer provisions under Section 14(a) above, the parties may choose any other available legal means to settle the Dispute. Each party agrees that a violation or threatened violation of this Agreement may cause irreparable injury to the other party, entitling the other party to seek injunctive relief in addition to all legal remedies.
