Other Policies. All other matters relating to the employment of the Employee not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be subject to the general policies regarding executive employees of the Company as in effect from time to time.
Other Policies. All other matters relating to the employment of the Employee by the Bank not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be subject to the general policies regarding employees of the Bank as in effect from time to time.
Other Policies. All other matters relating to the employment of the Executive by the Company not specifically addressed in this Agreement, or in the plans and programs referenced above (including, without limitation, vacation, sick and other paid time off), will be subject to the employee handbooks, rules, policies and procedures of the Company in effect from time to time.
Other Policies. You agree that you will comply with all policies related to this Agreement, your applicable Promotion Agreement(s), your Services and/or your Equipment, including, without limitation, any and all applicable privacy notices (which are available at xxxx.xxx/xxxxx). You acknowledge and agree that the use of your Services and/or Equipment is subject to each such policy.
Other Policies. Between the date of this Agreement and the Effective Time, the Company shall cooperate with Parent to reasonably conform the policies and procedures of the Company and its Subsidiaries regarding applicable regulatory matters to those of Parent and its Subsidiaries, as Parent may reasonably identify to the Company from time to time, provided, however, that implementation of such conforming actions may at the Company’s discretion be delayed until the time period following receipt of shareholder and all regulatory approvals, as provided in Section 6.13 of this Agreement.
Other Policies. Executive shall be subject to and shall comply with all codes of conduct, personnel policies and procedures applicable to senior executives of the Company, including, without limitation, policies regarding sexual harassment, conflicts of interest and xxxxxxx xxxxxxx.
Other Policies. This policy does not supersede any other district policy pertaining to alcohol or controlled-substance use by district employees, except to the extent that this policy is specific to drivers performing safety-sensitive functions. To the extent permitted by federal law, this policy is to be interpreted consistent with the Oklahoma Act.
Other Policies. The Member agrees to abide by the other Foundation policies as may be adopted or amended from time to time by the Foundation upon reasonable notice and in accordance with the Foundation’s Bylaws. If the Member does not wish to abide by any policy adopted or amended by the Foundation, the Member may resign such Member’s membership prior to the effective date of the policy or amendment of policy.
Other Policies. This Agreement applies exclusively to your access to, and use of, the Sites and does not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with us for products, services, programs or otherwise. Additional policies and terms may apply to use of specific portions of a Site and to the purchase of certain merchandise or services and are included as part of this Agreement whether they reference this Agreement or not. Other types of agreements and policies that you may be subject to include, but are not limited to: • Policies for retailers and distributors • Rebate Rules • Privacy policies • Employment agreements Other policies and agreements are typically found by navigating the Site, typically by checking Site headers and footers and by reviewing hyperlinked terms at the point of sale. Any coupons, rebates or other promotions made available through a Site may be governed by specific rules that are separate from this Agreement. By participating in any such promotion, you will become subject to those rules, which may vary from the terms set forth herein and which, in addition to describing such promotion, may have eligibility requirements, such as certain age or geographic restrictions. It is your responsibility to read the applicable rules to determine whether your participation, registration, submission and/or entry are valid; you agree to read and abide by the applicable rules. We have also adopted a Privacy Policy that you should refer to in order to fully understand how we use and collect information. Other Policies. Developer shall not take out separate insurance concurrent in form or contributing in the event of loss with that required in this Agreement unless City and EDC are additional named insureds therein to the extent of their insurable interest, if any, with loss payable as provided in Section 9.2. Developer shall as promptly as practicable notify City and EDC of the taking out of any such separate insurance and shall cause copies of the original policies in respect thereof to be delivered as required in Section 9.2.
