Common use of Other Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Storage buildings, decks, screened enclosures and other personal items (including satellite dishes) are allowed on your site as long as the Seasonal guest obtains approval from Woodsong prior to installation. Installation without approval results in a $250 fine and will require personal property to be corrected to meet Woodsong guidelines and code. • Personal property must be more than 10 feet from any neighboring personal property. • Any additions, changes and/or alterations in decking, storage units, covered porches, patios, etc... must be pre-approved. • Decks elevated more than 12” from ground level are required to have lattice of high quality encircle the entire deck that is visible from public view. • One storage building permitted per site.
