Other Permitted Uses. Except as otherwise limited by this Agreement, Business Associate may use PHI it receives or creates in its capacity as a business associate of Covered Entity, if necessary:

Other Permitted Uses. 2.1.2.1 Disclosure of Protected Health Information for Management, Administration and Legal Responsibilities: Business Associate is permitted to disclose Protected Health Information if necessary for the proper management and administration of Business Associate, or to carry out legal responsibilities of Business Associate, provided that the disclosure is required by law, or Business Associate obtains reasonable assurances from the person or entity to whom the Protected Health Information is disclosed that (i) it will be held confidentially and used or further disclosed only as required by law or for the purposes for which it was disclosed, (ii) the person or entity will use appropriate safeguards to prevent use or disclosure of the Protected Health Information, and (iii) in accordance with Section 2.6 hereof, the person or entity will notify Business Associate within three (3) days y of discovery of any unauthorized disclosure of Protected Health Information.

To the extent the Lessee elects, in its sole discretion, to engage in same and then only if permitted under Legal Requirements and under Insurance Requirements, and so long as the same do not detract in any material manner from the Primary Intended Use, (I) medical or dental offices or clinics, (II) medical or dental laboratories, (III) day care center, (IV) hospitals, (V) pharmacy, (VI) medical services and physical therapy, (VII) florists and card shops which do not have a separate entrance, (VIII) ancillary parking and (IX) beauty salons, and (X) other similar ancillary uses currently being conducted at the Facility.
Other Permitted Uses. Each Party may use and disclose Confidential Information of the other Party under appropriate confidentiality provisions substantially equivalent to those in this Agreement in connection with the performance of its obligations or exercise of rights under this Agreement. [**]
Other Permitted Uses. To the extent permitted under applicable Legal Requirements and under Insurance Requirements, and so long as the same do not detract in any material manner from the Primary Intended Use and do not occupy more than ten percent (10%) of the useable floor area of the building comprising the Facility, such uses as Lessee reasonably determines are appropriate and incidental to the Primary Permitted Use.
