In accordance with Section 4.8(a) hereof, within ten Business Days of acquisition of a United States Patent or Copyright, or of filing of an application for a United States Patent or Copyright, the relevant Grantor shall deliver to the Administrative Agent an updated Perfection Certificate, together with a copy of said Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, with a grant of security as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
