Other Patents and Copyrights. Within 30 days of acquisition of a Patent or Copyright, or of filing of an application for a Patent or Copyright, the relevant Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of said Patent or Copyright or such application, as the case may be, with a grant of security as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

Other Patents and Copyrights. Within 30 thirty (30) days of the acquisition or issuance of a Patent or CopyrightCopyright registration, or of filing of an application for a Patent or CopyrightCopyright registration, the relevant Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent Bank a copy of said Patent or Copyright registration or such application, as the case may be, with a grant of security as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be satisfactory to substantially the Collateral Agentsame as the form hereof.

Within 30 days of acquisition of a United States Patent or CopyrightCopyright by or on behalf of any Assignor, or of the filing of an application for a United States Patent or CopyrightCopyright by or on behalf of any Assignor, the relevant such Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of said Patent or Copyright or such application, as the case may be, with a grant of security as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be satisfactory to substantially the Collateral Agentsame as the form hereof.
