Common use of Other Paid Leave Clause in Contracts

Other Paid Leave. 11.1 You are eligible for other paid leave including maternity leave, adoption leave, paternity leave, shared parental leave, bereavement leave, parental leave, sabbatical leave, dependants leave, compassionate leave, training and study leave and leave for public duties, in accordance with our current policies, as amended from time to time, subject to your complying with the relevant statutory and other conditions and requirements in order to be entitled to the leave and pay.
