Common use of Other Paid Leave Clause in Contracts

Other Paid Leave. An eligible employee may elect, or the College may require the employee, to substitute any of the accrued paid vacation leave, personal leave, sick leave, family leave, or any other paid leave to which the employee may be eligible under this agreement for all or part of any unpaid family and medical leave.
