The amount shown is for 3 yearly licenses for Nuance The ESRI GIS Licensing expense will be split DOAP grant (65%) and Northern Illinois University Funds (35%).

  • MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS Borrower shall deliver to Lender such other items, documents and evidences pertaining to the Line of Credit as may reasonably be requested by Lender.

  • Miscellaneous The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that continued participation in TIPS is subject to TIPS sole discretion and that any Vendor may be removed from the participation in the Program at any time with or without cause.
