OTHER OPTIONS CONSIDERED. There are no other considerations.
OTHER OPTIONS CONSIDERED. 3.1 Officers have received advice from the Centre for Public Scrutiny (CfPS) who endorse the need for a joint health scrutiny committee and see it as a key component of the work of the ICS, they indicated that: • Setting up a joint health scrutiny committee for the ICS should be seen as a necessity; • Elected Members from across the ICS need to have oversight of what is being planned at system level (at an early stage) and health bodies would gain a greater awareness of the political impact of their proposed decisions; • The BOB ICS is a vanguard and at the forefront of ICS development and therefore this joint committee should be viewed as a positive.
OTHER OPTIONS CONSIDERED. 4.1 No other options considered at this time.
OTHER OPTIONS CONSIDERED. 9.1 The Council at its May 2022 meeting was asked by local group Bath Stands with Ukraine to consider pursuing a link with a comparable Ukrainian city. The statement suggested pursuing a less formal arrangement than a twinning agreement, as would be led by the Charter Trustees of the City of Bath. Due to the urgency of the request, the desire to demonstrate a council wide commitment, and the council’s previous experience it is felt a friendship agreement best meets this request.
OTHER OPTIONS CONSIDERED. 6.1 For the Council not to provide an SLA/Grant budget. This was rejected on the basis that the Council, acting in its community leadership role, recognises the need to provide services to its diverse communities and promote access to services for all. It further resolved that it would actually prove to be more expensive were the Council to deliver these services itself.
OTHER OPTIONS CONSIDERED. 4.1 Not applicable.

OTHER OPTIONS CONSIDERED. 3.1 Do nothing - this would prevent Site B being re-developed for employment opportunities until AAA’s lease terminates; the Council would not achieve an enhanced rental income or capital receipt from either Area A or Site B. It could also result in the resumption of Court proceedings and is unlikely to see the return of BGC to the aerodrome in the near future. This is not the recommended option.
OTHER OPTIONS CONSIDERED. 4.1 Do nothing – costs would increase due to having to spot purchase without a framework. Workloads would also increase due to quality of care needing to be monitored.
OTHER OPTIONS CONSIDERED. 6.1 Other options considered were to continue as just seven partners of ARP.
