Other Operations. Seller does not have any business, division, other operations, subsidiaries, affiliates or controlled corporations or entities other than the Business and Assets conveyed herein. During the past four years, Seller and any subsidiaries, affiliates or controlled entities of Seller have not sold, transferred or otherwise disposed of any company, business, division or operation, providing products or services which compete with the services provided by Seller.
