Other Officers. Such other officers as the Board of Directors may choose shall perform such duties and have such powers as from time to time may be assigned to them by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors may delegate to any other officer of the Corporation the power to choose such other officers and to prescribe their respective duties and powers.
Other Officers. The Board of Trustees from time to time may appoint such other officers and agents as it shall deem advisable, who shall hold their offices for such terms and shall exercise powers and perform such duties as shall be determined from time to time by the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees from time to time may delegate to one or more officers or agents the power to appoint any such subordinate officers or agents and to prescribe their respective rights, terms of office, authorities and duties.
Other Officers. Such other officers as the Member may choose shall perform such duties and have such powers as from time to time may be assigned to them by the Member. The Member may delegate to any officer of the Company the power to choose such other officers and to prescribe their respective duties and powers.
Other Officers. The member(s) from time to time may appoint such other officers or agents as it may deem advisable, each of whom shall have such title, hold office for such period, have such authority and perform such duties as the member(s) may determine in its sole discretion. The member(s) from time to time may delegate to one or more officers or agents the power to appoint any such officers or agents and prescribe their respective rights, terms of office, authorities and duties.
Other Officers. The Board may delegate the power to appoint such other officers and agents, and may also remove such officers and agents or delegate the power to remove same, as it shall from time to time deem necessary or desirable.
Other Officers. The Management Directors may appoint by written consent such other officers and agents as the Management Directors shall deem necessary who shall hold their offices for such terms, have such authority and perform such duties as the Management Directors may from time to time determine.
Other Officers. Any officer who is elected or appointed from time to time by the Board of Managers and whose duties are not specified in this Agreement shall perform such duties and have such powers as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Managers or the President.
Other Officers. Other officers, if any, shall have such powers and shall perform such duties as shall be assigned to them, respectively, by the Managing Member or by the Chief Executive Officer.
Other Officers. The Board of Directors may appoint such other officers and agents, including a Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Assistant Vice Presidents, Secretaries, Assistant Secretaries and Assistant Treasurers, as it shall at any time or from time to time deem necessary or advisable.
Other Officers. In addition to the Executive Officers elected by the Board of Managers pursuant to Section 10(a), the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and the President and Chief Operating Officer may from time to time appoint such other officers of the Company, including Vice Presidents, Assistant Vice Presidents, Staff Vice Presidents, Assistant Secretaries, Assistant Treasurers and Controllers, as the interests of the Company may require (the “Other Officers”); provided, however, that no Other Officer may be appointed to the office of Chairman Emeritus, Vice Chairman, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, Secretary or Treasurer. Each appointment of an Other Officer shall be in writing and shall set forth the duties of the Other Officer being appointed and, subject to Section 10(c), such officer’s term of office.
