OTHER OBLIGATIONS OF THE CITY. A. ALTA Survey and Certified Survey Map. Prior to closing on the Property, the City shall prepare, at its sole cost (i) an ALTA/NSPS land survey of the Property showing the boundaries of the Property, any land divisions or combinations, all above-ground improvements (if any), access to and from a public roadways, topography and surface water drainage ways, and the location of all existing, and proposed easements, with the City agreeing to use Mach IV Surveying and Engineering, LLC for such ALTA survey; and (ii) a Certified Survey Map, which shall be finalized and recorded prior to the transfer of the Property to Developer, which ensure the Property has a valid tax key number and desired parcel boundaries as set forth on the Preliminary Concept Plan attached hereto (EXHIBIT C). Prior to the City recording the Certified Survey Map, such Certified Survey Map is subject to the prior review and approval of Developer.

  • Obligations of the City A. The City agrees to give the Contractor access to the Project area and other City- owned properties as required to perform the necessary Services under this Agreement.
