OTHER OBLIGATIONS OF THE BORROWER. 9.1. The Borrower shall use the Credit Amount for the intended purpose specified in the Agreement. The Borrower shall submit to the Bank a documented overview of the intended use of the Credit Amount within 5 banking days from receipt of the respective request from the Bank.
