Common use of Other Notices Clause in Contracts

Other Notices. The Subordination Agent will furnish to each Liquidity Provider and each Trustee, promptly upon receipt thereof, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and other instruments furnished to the Subordination Agent as registered holder of the Equipment Notes or otherwise in its capacity as Subordination Agent to the extent the same shall not have been otherwise directly distributed to such Liquidity Provider or such Trustee, as applicable, pursuant to any other Operative Agreement.

Other Notices. The Subordination Agent will furnish to each Liquidity Provider and each Trustee, promptly upon receipt thereof, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and other instruments furnished to the Subordination Agent as registered holder of the Equipment Notes or otherwise in its capacity as Subordination Agent to the extent the same shall not have been otherwise directly distributed to such Liquidity Provider or such Trustee, as applicable, pursuant to the express provision of any other Operative Agreement.
