Other Notes. Each Qualified Term Note shall evidence a portion of the same payment Obligations under the Loan Documents as those evidenced by the Notes. So long as (but only so long as) any Qualified Mortgage is held by the Administrative Agent as the mortgagee thereunder, then for purposes of Section 5.04, the Debt evidenced by the related Qualified Term Note shall be deemed to constitute unsecured Debt hereunder and shall not constitute secured Debt.
