Other Notes. Each New York Term Note shall evidence a portion of the same payment Obligations under the Credit Documents as those evidenced by the Notes. So long as (but only so long as) any New York Mortgage is held by the Administrative Agent as the mortgagee thereunder, then for purposes of Article VII, the indebtedness evidenced by the related New York Term Note shall be deemed to constitute Unsecured Indebtedness hereunder and shall not constitute Secured Indebtedness.
