Common use of Other Notes Clause in Contracts

Other Notes. The Early Redemption Amount payable in respect of any Note (other than Notes described in (i) above), upon redemption of such Note pursuant to Condition 7(c), Condition 7(d) or Condition 7(e) or upon it becoming due and payable as provided in Condition 11, shall be the Final Redemption Amount unless otherwise specified in the relevant Final Terms.

Other Notes. The Early Redemption Amount payable in respect of any Note (other than Notes described in (ii)(A) above), upon redemption of such Note pursuant to Condition 7(c), Condition 7(d) or Condition 7(e(Redemption for Taxation Reasons) or upon it becoming due and payable as provided in Condition 1111 (Events of Default), shall be the Final Redemption Amount unless otherwise specified in the relevant applicable Final Terms.

Other Notes. The Early Redemption Amount payable in respect of any Note (other than Notes described in paragraph (i) above), upon redemption of such Note pursuant to Condition 7(c6(c), Condition 7(d6(d) or Condition 7(e6(e) or upon it becoming due and payable as provided in Condition 1110, shall be the Final Redemption Amount unless otherwise specified in the relevant Final Termshereon.

Other Notes. The Early Redemption Amount payable in respect of any Note (other than Notes described in (i) above), upon redemption of such Note pursuant to Condition 7(c), Condition 7(d) or Condition 7(e5(c) or upon it becoming due and payable as provided in Condition 119, shall be the Final Redemption Amount unless otherwise specified in the relevant Final Termshereon.
