Other Networks. Merchant’s election to receive Services from any Other Network may require the execution of an agreement (an “Other Merchant Agreement”) between an Other Network and Merchant. The parties acknowledge and agree that Other Merchant Agreement with any Other Network shall be deemed separate and independent agreements solely between such Other Network and Merchant, and that Processor shall not be responsible for any Other Network or Merchant breach of such Other Merchant Agreements. Processor bears no liability whatsoever for terms and conditions of Other Merchant Agreements and Processor’s liability for Services subject to an Other Merchant Agreement shall be limited both (i) as otherwise provided herein, and (ii) to the Services actually provided by Processor. Processor may, in its sole discretion, cease to provide any Services for Other Networks. If Merchant for any reason begins receiving any Services in connection with any Other Network, Processor may route Other Network transactions according to its standards and at its sole discretion. Merchant agrees that it has or will, prior to commencing participation in each Other Network, obtain all necessary approvals and execute any applications and/or agreements necessary for, required by or affecting Merchant's participation in such Other Network(s). In addition, Merchant shall obtain such other approvals or execute such other documents as may be required from time to time in connection with Merchant's participation in such Other Networks. Merchant agrees to participate in Other Network(s) in compliance with, and subject to, the Bank Rules and the Operating Regulations. Merchant agrees to pay all fees, fines, assessments and penalties as they are currently in effect or may be changed from time to time, imposed by the Other Network(s), whether billed directly to Merchant by such Other Network(s) or through Processor or its affiliates or agents. Processor may allocate any such fees, fines, assessments or penalties in such manner as it deems advisable in its sole discretion. Merchant attests that all POS terminals are operating with unique keys as mandated by Other Networks.
Other Networks. In the event that Group has not contracted with The Plan for its other networks, including but not limited to BlueLincs HMO, Blue Preferred PPO or Blue Advantage PPO, the terms of this Agreement, including the Maximum Reimbursement Allowance described herein, shall be applicable to any Covered Services rendered to a Member whose designated network is one in which Group does not participate. Group agrees to hold such Members harmless from any sums in excess of the Maximum Reimbursement Allowance.
Other Networks. Approval and Usage. The Services pro- vide the Customer with the ability to transmit data beyond the Network, through other networks, public and private. Use of or presence on other networks may require approval of the respective network authorities and will be subject to any acceptable usage policies such networks may establish. Customer will not hold NODE 4 responsible for, and NODE 4 will not be liable for, such approval or for violation of such policies, however caused, other than to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law. Customer under- stands that NODE 4 does not own or control other networks outside of the Network, and NODE 4 is not responsible or liable and does not accept liability for performance (or non- performance) within such networks or within interconnec- tion points between the Services and other networks that are operated by third parties. END Software Support Policy Schedule 3 In-tend Limited sells a suite of software to Clients including: In-tend An end to end procurement management system. It is often the case that In-tend’s software is mission-critical either to a client’s whole operation, or to a division or department. Thus In-tend places the highest priority on documenting its support policy and monitoring performance against that policy. All support calls need to be logged via In- tend’s Support Helpdesk for logging in the internal ticketing system ‘MCP’, and not directly via Sales or Training personnel.
Other Networks. Customer is responsible for paying any fees, obtaining any required approvals and complying with any laws or usage policies applicable to transmitting data beyond the Company’s Network and/or through other public and private networks. Other Networks. As between Univision and Televisa, Section 4 of the Existing IPRA is hereby deemed to be deleted in its entirety, and to have no further force or effect.

Limelight is not responsible or liable for performance or non-performance of such networks or their inter-connection points.
Other Networks. 1. If Univision forms any network (an "Other Network") other than the Univision Network or the Galavision Network, subject to the provisions of this Section 4 and Section 5(b) below, neither Televisa nor Venevision shall have any rights in or to any program produced or acquired by Univision for any Other Network in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Other Networks. Customer is responsible for paying any fees, obtaining any required approvals and complying with any laws or usage policies applicable to transmitting data beyond the Network and/or through other public and private networks. CCC is not responsible or liable for performance or non-performance of such networks or their inter-connection points.
Other Networks. The activities of the owners of telecommunications networks for a single user or several such networks, interconnected or not with one another as of the Effective Date, who are providing the Basic Services or the activities of possessors of public telecommunications networks shall be brought into compliance with the conditions and order provided in Sections 4.12, 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 of this Agreement by the GOVERNMENT (involving the owners of the relevant networks) and the CONCESSION HOLDER within two years as from the Effective Date.
Other Networks. Customer and its Authorized Users must comply with the rules of any other network its accesses or participates in when using the Products.
