Other Natural Resources. 2.8. The Concessionaire is prohibited to use, enjoy, or dispose, in any way and at any title, totally or partially, of any other natural resources that may exist in the Concession Area other than Oil and Gas, except when duly authorized by the competent authorities, according to the Applicable Laws and Regulations.
