Other/Monitoring. The Parties agree that any monitoring of Restoration Project actions, other than the monitoring described in Sections 7.1 and 7.3 which may be required pursuant to the license for FERC Project No. 1121 will be done by PG&E at its sole cost.
Other/Monitoring. During the Project's construction phase, EPC contractors will monitor air quality, river water quality, noise, waste products and complaints. After the commencement of the service of the facilities, work will be conducted at the Navoi Thermal Power Station to monitor air quality, gas emissions, wastewater and river water quality, noise, waste products and complaints. The Executing Agency will coordinate with the Land Acquisition and Resettlement Committee established by the local government and with resident relocation consultants, and will monitor the progress of residents’ relocation and their lives after the move.
Other/Monitoring. The relocation process for local residents will be monitored by external experts as well as by the executing agency. The environment will be monitored by the executing agency and contractors while construction is underway and by the executing agency for air, water pollution, and noise after service starts.
Other/Monitoring. In the Project, under the supervision of the executing agencies, the construction work contractors have been monitoring anti-pollution, road traffic safety, and other measures during construction, and it is planned that the Port Authority and private operators will monitor anti-pollution measures after the port starts operating. The executing agencies have also been monitoring land acquisition and livelihood restoration aid. In addition, it is important to give due consideration to the involvement of the socially vulnerable people (including the poor, the elderly, female households, and people with disabilities) in public consultation with residents, surveys of their opinions, and conditions of their relocation sites (to prevent the relocation from making their social participation more difficult).
Other/Monitoring. During construction and after the facility has been put into service, MR will monitor air pollution, water quality, noise, and so on.
Other/Monitoring. During the Project's construction phase, the contractors will monitor air quality, water quality, noise, waste products, and other matters. After the commencement of the service of the facility, work will be conducted by the Navoi Thermal Power Plant to monitor air quality, water quality, noise, waste products, and other matters. The Executing Agency will monitor the acquisition of the land and residents' livelihood after the relocation in cooperation with the consultants on the land acquisition and resident relocation and special committee to be established under the local government.
Other/Monitoring. In this project, the contractor will monitor the air and water quality and noise levels during the construction works as well as the air quality and noise levels after the construction facilities become available.
Other/Monitoring. The EPC and O&M contractors will monitor the impact on air quality, noise levels, water quality, and solid waste during the construction and operation phases in accordance to the environmental monitoring plan.
