Common use of Other Monetary Clause in Contracts

Other Monetary. Borrower’s failure to pay when due any sums payable under this Agreement, the Notes, the Hazardous Materials Indemnity Agreement and any of the other Loan Documents other than those set forth in Section 11.1(a) and such failure continues for five (5) Business Days after written notice by Administrative Agent; or
