Other Modifications. Licensee may, from time to time, request that Licensor incorporate certain features, enhancements or modifications into the Software. Licensor may, in its sole discretion, undertake to incorporate such changes and distribute the Software so modified to all or any of Licensor’s licensees. Licensee may not modify the Software or create derivative works based upon the Software.
